• The validity of the English Language Proficiency test has been reduced from 3 to 1 year.
• Introduction of the Genuine Student Test (GST) replacing the Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirement.

• The age limit for 485 visas has been lowered from 50 to 35 years, emphasizing the role of emerging professionals.

3. Reduced Length of Stay:

• The duration of stay for international graduates will be reduced based on qualifications.

4. Post Study Work Extension:

• There will be no further opportunities for the extension of post-study work rights.

5. Temporary Graduate Visa Streams:

• The streams will be renamed to Post-Higher Education Work and Post-Vocational Education Work.
• The Replacement Stream and subclass 476 visa will be eliminated.
